★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mechas que foram feitas no meu cabelo ficaram amareladas em um tom horrível além de quebrar meu cabelo, o profissional me atendeu com mais 3 clientes ao mesmo tempo (O que pode explicar o tom errado no meu cabelo), o profissional pediu desculpas pra mim e para eu voltar pois ganharia hidratação e mais algum outro procedimento junto, mas nunca mais piso nesse salão, nem de graça.
 Wicks that were made in my hair were yellowed in a horrible tone besides breaking my hair, the professional attended me with 3 more clients at the same time (which can explain the wrong tone in my hair), the professional apologized to me and for me to come back because I would get hydration and some other procedure together, but I will never walk in this room again, not even for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da gestão e recepção só salão e péssimo! São desorganizadas, você chega no local e apesar de ter agendado, sempre ficam te confirmando o serviço e as profissionais “demoram” para chegar até você!
Além disso, fazem ascensão de pessoas... se você frequentar o local com uma vestimenta simples (diferente do que estão acostumados) te constrangem! Se sua raça não for branca também, te constrangem também! Se a sua classe social não for de encontro com a roupa que eles consideram padrão, te constrangem mais uma vez.
Falta RESPEITO, HUMANIDADE, e sobre tudo, GESTÃO!
Espero que um dia aprendam a ser mais humanos, respeitosos e deixem de ser preconceituosos!
Management service and reception only lounge and lousy! They are disorganized, you arrive at the place and despite having scheduled, they always confirm the service and the professionals “take” to reach you!
In addition, people rise ... if you visit the place with a simple dress (different from what they are used to) they will embarrass you! If your race is not white too, embarrass you too! If your social class does not match the clothes that they consider standard, embarrass you again.
There is a lack of RESPECT, HUMANITY, and above all, MANAGEMENT!
I hope that one day they will learn to be more human, respectful and stop being prejudiced!
