Fiz o pagamento na véspera e encomendei flores com entrega para as 9h e às 11h ainda não haviam entregado a encomenda. Era uma surpresa de aniversário e o horário era importante. MAIS DE 2 HORAS e 45 MINUTOS DE ATRASO. E ainda não respondiam as solicitações pelo whatsapp. MEU CONSELHO, PROCURE UM LUGAR MAIS PROFISSIONAL, além disso, o preço é elevado.
Poor service, unprofessional and lack of respect for the consumer. I made the payment the day before and ordered flowers with delivery for 9 am and at 11 am they still hadn't delivered the order. It was a birthday surprise and the time was important. OVER 2 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES DELAY. And they still didn't respond to requests by whatsapp. MY ADVICE, LOOK FOR A MORE PROFESSIONAL PLACE, plus the price is high.
