★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde! Hoje tive uma péssima experiência no Bar do Emílio. Há muitos anos eu comprava e frequentava esse restaurante porque os pratos servidos eram muito bons. Quando era de propriedade do Sr. Emílio, os pratos eram deliciosos.Soube que o Bar e restaurante do Emílio está sob nova direção, então decidi comprar a feijoada hoje. Fui bem atendida pelas atendentes, porém fiquei totalmente decepcionada quando provei a “feijoada”. Só de abrir a embalagem vi que caldo do feijão estava bem ralo… parecendo água escura. Prepararam a “feijoada “ com carne bovina(com gosto horrível) . E não bastasse isso, estava tudo muito salgado. Não consegui dar duas garfadas. Até a farofa estava ruim. Espero que melhorem o preparo dos pratos, porque vcs estão dando continuidade a um restaurante que era referência em “feijoada” e outros pratos que eram ótimos na época do Sr. Emílio. E pelo preço (caríssimo) achei que ia provar uma saborosa “feijoada”, e foi o contrário, foi a pior que comi até hoje.
 Good evening! Today I had a terrible experience at Bar do Emílio. For many years I used to buy and frequent this restaurant because the dishes served were very good. When it was owned by Mr. Emílio, the dishes were delicious. I heard that Emílio's Bar and Restaurant is under new management, so I decided to buy the feijoada today. I was well attended by the attendants, but I was totally disappointed when I tasted the “feijoada”. Just opening the package I saw that the bean broth was very thin… looking like dark water. They prepared the “feijoada” with beef (with horrible taste) . And that was not enough, everything was very salty. I couldn't take two mouthfuls. Even the crumb was bad. I hope you improve the preparation of the dishes, because you guys are continuing a restaurant that was a reference in “feijoada” and other dishes that were great in Mr. Emílio's time. And for the price (very expensive) I thought I would try a tasty “feijoada”, and it was the opposite, it was the worst I've ever eaten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje no Bar do Emílio e fiquei chateado com a demora da feijoada, outras pessoas que chegaram depois foram atendidos na minha frente, demorou uma hora pra me servir, depois do pedido feito.nao índico pra ninguém, vão em outro lugar menos no Bar do Emílio, atendimento de péssima qualidade,uma droga, é melhor fechar o estabelecimento. Bares assim não deveria nem abrir.

Mas a Feijoada muito ruim. Não passa nem perto das feijoadas de uns anos atrás
O arroz, parecendo arroz de comida japonesa, sem sal e papa. Horrível....me arrependi muito de pagar R$65,00..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de ter uma péssima experiência com o estabelecimento. Já havia feito um pedido uma vez através do delivery, e como gostei da comida, resolvi pedir de novo. Depois de combinar o que queria, preço, etc, me passaram o prazo de entrega de 20 minutos.
Depois de 30 minutos aguardando, o estabelecimento entrou em contato para confirmar o endereço, que eu já havia passado por mensagem duas vezes. Mesmo assim, passei novamente com todas as informações e ponto de referência, inclusive.
Após mais de 1 hora esperando, o local me liga novamente informando que o motoboy não achava a minha casa. A pessoa que estava falando comigo também estava falando com o entregador, e na linha eu podia ouvir a conversa dos dois.
Resumidamente, o entregador foi para o endereço errado e se irritou, e simplesmente resolveu que não iria voltar para entregar o pedido e desligou o telefone.
De volta à conversa com a atendente do local, questionei se mandariam outra pessoa para entregar a comida, e ela somente respondeu que não.
Achei um absurdo, sempre pedi delivery de diversos lugares e nunca tive esse tipo de problema, minha casa é super bem localizada e com diversos pontos de referência ( que inclusive foram passados), além de ser perto do restaurante. Dessa forma, não havia porque cometer esse erro.
A própria atendente falou que o erro era do motoboy, afirmou que ele estava afogado e não queria trabalhar. Depois de me dar a informação que não me entregaria a comida, ela simplesmente deligou na minha cara.
O atendimento foi péssimo, não resolveram o problema e depois de mais de uma hora, fiquei sem o meu pedido, por erro do entregador e do local que não se prontificou a resolver a situação.

The attendant herself said that the mistake was the motoboy, said he was drowned and didn't want to work. After giving me the information that she wouldn't deliver the food, she just hung up on me.
The service was terrible, they did not solve the problem and after more than an hour, I was left without my order, due to the error of the delivery man and the place that was not ready to solve the situation.
