★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atrás da Emlur pra recolher a poda que fiz no meu quintal no dia 03/11/2021 e até nada. O pessoal da rua começou a jogar lixo encima, está juntando bichos que ficam entre as folhas e vão pra dentro da minha casa. O período de chuva está começando e fica claro o descanso que está acontecendo. Já liguei várias vezes e a informação é sempre a mesma "vamos entrar em contato com o engenheiro e blá blá blá" o fato é, quase dois meses para um serviço simples, a calçada bloqueada pelas folhas e galhos e NADA feito pela empresa.
I went after Emlur to collect the pruning I did in my backyard on 11/03/2021 and even nothing. People from the street started to throw garbage on top, they are gathering animals that stay between the leaves and go inside my house. The rainy season is starting and it is clear the rest that is happening. I've called several times and the information is always the same "let's contact the engineer and blah blah blah" the fact is, almost two months for a simple service, the sidewalk blocked by leaves and branches and NOTHING done by the company.
