Atendimento deixa a desejar MUITO. Descaso com clientes e postura de que todos os clientes são dispensáveis e substituíveis, o cliente não tem valor algum lá. Erram na agenda constantemente, tratam o erro com normalidade sem desculpas e se o cliente ficar bravo, paciência, pelo menos vaga um horário pra um cliente novo.
Apesar de ótimas profissionais que tem, falta muito VALOR na gestão.
Wonderful manicures, always humorous and thoughtful.
Service leaves a lot to be desired. Neglect with customers and attitude that all customers are expendable and replaceable, the customer has no value there. They make mistakes on the agenda constantly, they deal with the error with normality without excuses and if the customer gets angry, patience, at least make a time for a new customer.
Despite the great professionals it has, it lacks a lot of VALUE in management.
