★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de altíssimo nível e rapazes de grande confiança, como eu normalmente ultilizo os meus telefones/celulares para trabalho, tem muinta informação pessoais dentro de cada um deles, mandei um A20 para concerto de tela, e no primeiro momento ele voltou com o modo segurança ativado, eu pensei que teria que formata assim perdendo tudo oque eu tinha, retornei o contato com a loja que prontamente me atendeu, aparentemente esse problema foi causado devido ao um botão que estava sendo pressionado devido a uma forte queda, fizeram a reparação do mesmo, e me deram foncionando perfeitamente
Obs: o concerto do botão foi sem custo adicional
Very high level service and very reliable guys, as I normally use my phones/cell phones for work, there is a lot of personal information inside each one of them, I sent an A20 for screen repair, and at first it came back with security mode activated, I thought I would have to format it, losing everything I had, I returned the contact with the store that promptly answered me, apparently this problem was caused due to a button that was being pressed due to a strong fall, they repaired it , and they gave me working perfectly
Note: the button repair was at no additional cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelas avaliações escolhi a Emoji, porém, levei em Caçapava-SP, onde moro, me cobraram mais caro e o serviço não prestou e ainda se recusaram a cumprir a garantia. Posteriormente, levei na autorizada Samsung em SJC, cobraram um valor para avaliação, R$30,00, e outro para conserto, porém, após essa avaliação, ficou o dobro. Na Emoji o serviço foi 10 e o atendimento muito bom, ficamos satisfeitos. Recomendo.
From the reviews I chose Emoji, however, I took it to Caçapava-SP, where I live, they charged me more and the service did not provide and they still refused to fulfill the warranty. Later, I took it to the authorized Samsung in SJC, they charged a value for evaluation, R$30.00, and another for repair, however, after this evaluation, it was doubled.
