★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com essa empresa, mandei 3 extintores "novos" de um prédio na vila para fazer a recarga como nosso escritório fica em Belém pedi para um funcionário receber, quando fui na vila algum tempo depois vi que mandaram 3 extintores velhos e enferrujados ou seja trocaram e não recarregaram os nossos novos, liguei para o vendedor que me atendeu na época e ele disse que quando fosse feita a próxima recarga eles iriam substituir, fui essa semana pois chegou o período de recarga e eles simplesmente disseram que não poderiam fazer a troca quando falei do ocorrido acima o vendedor só disse "complicado" e que poderia somente mandar pintar os enferrujados que me passaram sendo que eu teria que pagar ainda pelo mesmo, não recomendo uma empresa como essa que não respeita seus clientes.
 I had a bad experience with this company, I sent 3 "new" fire extinguishers from a building in the village to recharge as our office is in Belém I asked an employee to receive it, when I went to the village some time later I saw that they sent 3 old and rusty fire extinguishers i.e. they exchanged and didn't recharge our new ones, I called the salesperson who answered me at the time and he said that when the next recharge was made they would replace it, I went this week because the recharge period arrived and they simply said they couldn't do it the exchange when I talked about what happened above the seller only said "complicated" and that he could only have the rusty ones that passed me painted and I would still have to pay for the same, I don't recommend a company like this that doesn't respect its customers.
