Gosto da rede, vou às vezes, em outras lojas.
No dia que estive nesta, do Bom Retiro, atendente foi mal educada, desagradável.
Entrei e fui olhar cardápio, ela puxou da minha mão e disse pra eu ir olhar vitrine.
Estava com pressa, queria pegar a empada e comer rapidinho. Atendente não deixou.
Só tinha eu na loja, me disse pra sentar que levaria.
Ficou enrolando, me trouxe a empada de cara emburrada.
A empada estava fria, pra completar.
Será que não tive sorte nesta loja, do Bom Retiro, ou é sempre assim?
Péssima experiência.

I like the chain, I sometimes go to other stores.
The day I was at this one, from Bom Retiro, the attendant was rude, unpleasant.
I went in and looked at the menu, she took my hand and told me to go look at the window.
I was in a hurry, I wanted to grab the pie and eat quickly. Attendant did not leave.
There was only me in the store, he told me to sit down and he would take it.
He kept stalling, brought me the pie with a sullen face.
The pie was cold, to top it off.
Am I unlucky in this store, in Bom Retiro, or is it always like this?
Bad experience.

Qdo chegou o momento de serví-la a atendente perguntou se poderia ser outro doce, pois a gerente tinha ligado para separar para ela. Eu disse que ela deveria dizer a gerente que já estava vendido, mas insistiram em não me vender dizendo que estava estragada.
I asked to separate a Dutch pie as it was the last piece. When it was time to serve it, the attendant asked if it could be another sweet, as the manager had called to separate it for her. I told her she should tell the manager that it was already sold, but they insisted not to sell it to me saying it was broken.
