Das vezes que já fui, ser atendido foi demorado. Da última vez, eu cheguei primeiro e até que fui atendido rápido. O problema foi que chegou um representante de uma vistoria e então fui deixado de lado, como se não estivesse lá.
I called several times in the morning, but they didn't answer. Given the fact that it is the cheapest licensing company I found, I preferred to insist. The times I've been there, being attended to was time-consuming. Last time, I got there first and I was even taken care of quickly. The problem was that a survey representative arrived and then I was pushed aside as if I wasn't there.
