O diferencial do estabelecimento é justamente o atendimento do casal de proprietários: Bene e Edson.
Eles tratam a clientela com extrema educação e boa vontade.
Vejo que o objetivo deles não é simplesmente vender.
Eles querem ajudar as pessoas a resolverem os problemas.
Já aconteceu de ir lá para comprar determinado item e o Edson me propor uma solução melhor para eu poder economizar.
Quando não sei a solução de um problema de manutenção das instalações da minha casa, normalmente o Edson me aponta uma excelente alternativa.
Frequentemente, o Edson faz pequenos ajustes ou reparos em materiais que os clientes levam lá.
Recomendo um item à venda lá: engate metálico para mangueira em torneira de jardim. Esse produto é muitíssimo superior àqueles de plástico vendidos nos home centers.
I have been shopping at Emporio Bene for over 20 years.
The establishment's differential is precisely the service provided by the couple of owners: Bene and Edson.
They treat the clientele with extreme politeness and goodwill.
I see their goal is not simply to sell.
They want to help people solve problems.
I already happened to go there to buy a certain item and Edson suggested a better solution so I could save money.
When I don't know the solution to a maintenance problem in my house's installations, Edson usually points me to an excellent alternative.
Edson often makes minor adjustments or repairs to materials that customers bring there.
I recommend an item for sale there: metal hose fitting on garden faucet. This product is vastly superior to the plastic products sold in home centers.
