Por não ter o pão de hambúrguer que estava no cardápio do lanche que pedi, recebi uma mensagem pelo app do ifood, dizendo se podiam trocar o pão. Só vi a mensagem depois que soube que o pedido havia sido cancelado. O restaurante nem se prestou a ligar para informar, já que deve imaginar que não ficamos acompanhando se chegará mensagens sobre alguma intercorrência do restaurante. Presumimos que se algo realmente der errado o restaurante ligaria no mínimo, assim como outros estabelecimentos fazem. Ou então compensaria entregando algo a mais para sanar a falta de produto do restaurante, como outras instituições já o fizeram. O restaurante não preza a entregar o que tem no cardápio e quem paga sou eu....
Sempre recebi ligações de outros restaurantes cadastrado no Ifood, então realmente não sei o que ocorreu. O problema é que fiquei sem jantar, já que não daria tempo de fazer um outro pedido, e eu tinha que ficar de jejum para um exame. Neste caso não teria problema de intolerância a lactose ou glúten, haja visto que ambos os pães tinham tais ingredientes. Poderia ter enviado , dizendo que tentou contato e caso eu não concordasse com a troca eu devolveria. Era só uma mudança no pão....eu não ligaria. Enfim....acho que ambos os lados podemos aprender com este ocorrido.
I ordered for the first time at the restaurant. As I didn't have the hamburger bun that was on the snack menu I ordered, I got a message through the ifood app, saying if they could change the bun. I only saw the message after I learned the order had been cancelled. The restaurant didn't even bother to call to inform, since you must imagine that we are not following up if messages will arrive about any complications from the restaurant. We assume that if something really goes wrong the restaurant would care at the very least, as other establishments do. Or, it would make up for it by delivering something else to remedy the restaurant's lack of product, as other institutions have already done. The restaurant doesn't care to deliver what's on the menu and I'm the one who pays...
I always got calls from other restaurants registered with Ifood, so I really don't know what happened. The problem is that I didn't have dinner, as I didn't have time to place another order, and I had to fast for an exam. In this case, there would be no problem with lactose or gluten intolerance, given that both breads had these ingredients. I could have sent it, saying that it tried to contact me and if I didn't agree with the exchange I would return it. It was just a change in bread....I wouldn't mind. Anyway....I think both sides can learn from this incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pela primeira vez e não me arrependo nadinha, lanche excelente, muito bem montado, caprichado, materiais de excelente qualidade. Me surpreendi com a batata, que veio em grande quantidade. Não demorou e o pedido pode ser feito online mesmo, gostei demais.
