Marquei uma reserva pelo telefone e pelo instagram para o domingo de dia das mães. Reservei a mesa do canto pois fui com carrinho de bebê e assim fica melhor para não comprometer a passagem.
Quando cheguei no horário reservado a funcionária me avisou que não tinha nenhuma reserva feita. Expliquei a situação, mostrei a reserva feita porém a mesma falou que nada poderia fazer. Assim como outro funcionário que estava respondendo debochadamente como se eles estivessem certos.
Um casal vendo a situação extremamente constrangedora resolveu educadamente nos ceder o lugar (estávamos em em pessoas).
Assim conseguimos sentar para tomar nosso café.
Fizemos os pedidos que demoraram mais de 30 minutos e quando chegou veio faltando alguns itens e o pão na chapa eatava frio. Para conseguir o restante do pedido que veio faltando foi mais uns 15 minutos.
Não tem desculpas a ser dadas. Atendimento péssimo. Qualidade horrível.
Toda pessoa que tem comércio sabe perfeitamente que em datas comemorativas tudo enche, então não se tem desculpa. Fora que problemas com atendimento e com reserva são inadimissíveis.
Por fim, procurem outras cafeterias porque essa só deixa a desejar.

I made a reservation over the phone and on instagram for Mother's Day Sunday. I booked the table in the corner because I went with a baby stroller and that way it's better not to compromise the ticket.
When I arrived at the reserved time, the employee told me that she didn't have any reservations made. I explained the situation, showed the reservation made but she said she could do nothing. As was another employee who was smirking as if they were right.
A couple, seeing the situation extremely embarrassing, politely decided to give us their seat (we were in people).
So we were able to sit down to have our coffee.
We placed orders that took more than 30 minutes and when it arrived some items were missing and the bread on the plate was cold. It took another 15 minutes to get the rest of the order that was missing.
There are no excuses to be made. Terrible service. Horrible quality.
Every person who has a store knows perfectly well that on commemorative dates everything fills up, so there's no excuse. Apart from that problems with service and reservation are unacceptable.
Finally, look for other coffee shops because this one leaves something to be desired.

*O pessoal do Kahve entrou em contato comigo, lamentando o ocorrido , de forma educada e cortes dizendo que esta focando em mudanças e no treinamento do pessoal , afim de evitar situações como a nossa , primando pelo atendimento e como foram gentis e educados vou aumentar uma estrela e se quando eu passar novamente e constatar que realmente mudaram eu mudo minha posição.
O importante é a vontade em mudar e os senhores novos clientes ja podem ir lá constatar essas mudanças, pois a casa realmente é muito bonita ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos um bom atendimento e estava tudo gostoso, porém um pouco doce demais para o meu gosto. Comemos uma "piraí" (chocolate com macadâmia) e tomamos um capuccino gelado e um chai latte com leite de amêndoas.
Fiquei feliz que o estabelecimento tem opção de leite vegetal (+R$5) e eles realmente TEM o leite, pois em alguns lugares só tem no cardápio mas sempre está em falta.
We had a good service and everything was tasty, but a little too sweet for my taste. We had a "piraí" (chocolate with macadamia nut) and a chilled cappuccino and chai latte with almond milk.
I was happy that the establishment has a vegetable milk option (+R$5) and they really HAVE milk, as in some places there is only on the menu but it is always lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa fizemos um delicioso lanche. Eu pedi um mate da casa (com pêssego) + um misto quente no pão francês, e minha esposa um café expresso + pão com ovo. O funcionário que nos atendeu foi ótimo, perguntou até o "ponto" dos ovos mexidos do pão, que poderia ser mais molhado ou mais sequinho para colocar manteiga. O ambiente é muito agradável, a comida e bebida são deliciosos, e atendimento é nota 1.000. Um ótimo lugar para fazer um lanche, tomar um café e papear. Recomendo!
My wife and I had a delicious lunch. I ordered a house mate (with peach) + a hot mix on French bread, and my wife an espresso + egg bread. The employee who served us was great, he even asked about the "point" of the scrambled eggs in the bread, which could be wetter or drier to put butter. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the food and drink are delicious, and the service is top notch. A great place to have a snack, have a coffee and chat. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito além das expectativas! Ambiente aconchegante e acolhedor, com excelente atendimento (tive a oportunidade de ser atendido pelo gerente do estabelecimento) e uma refeição espetacular. A brusqueta é uma opção excelente para quem quer degustar do tempero da casa, muito bem temperada e saborosíssima. A taça de vinho é uma ótima pedida para acompanhamento, caso esteja fazendo um lanche sozinho. E as tortas são muito boas, cremosas e macias (nada de gelo no meio - tudo bem fresco e climatizado. Certamente voltarei mais vezes.
Far beyond expectations! Cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with excellent service (I had the opportunity to be attended by the establishment manager) and a spectacular meal. Bruschetta is an excellent option for those who want to taste the house seasoning, very well seasoned and very tasty. A glass of wine is a great accompaniment if you're having a snack on your own. And the pies are very good, creamy and fluffy (no ice in the middle - all very fresh and air-conditioned. I will certainly come back more often.
