Quando sentei na mesa não veio nenhum funcionário atender e eu mesmo tive que levantar e ir atrás e quando enfim consegui pedir demorou muuuito para que o produto (que já estava pronto na estufa) fosse entregue.
No local haviam vários funcionários passando perto da mesa toda hora, mas em nenhum momento eles iam à mesa ver se estava tudo ok e se precisávamos de alguma coisa.
É nítido que falta organização e logística, pois funcionários tem muitos, espero que melhorem!
Pleasant atmosphere and the Emporium has different and quality products, but the service leaves much to be desired.
When I sat down at the table, no employee came to answer it, and I myself had to get up and go after it, and when I finally managed to order it took a long time for the product (which was already ready in the greenhouse) to be delivered.
On the spot there were several employees passing by the table all the time, but at no time did they go to the table to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything.
It is clear that there is a lack of organization and logistics, because there are many employees, I hope they get better!
