Primeiro: apertou o interfone duas vezes sem parar; Segundo: me atendeu com pressa, com falta de educação, e veio com uma nota q vcs emitiram como venda do galão também. Expliquei q já tinha o galão e que pagaria somente a água. Primeira vez que compro aí e já estou pensando em não comprar mais. A cidade de Viçosa tem sérios problemas em relação a funcionários despreparados, mal educados em várias repartições. Parece uma tradição atender o cliente mal nessa cidade.
Bad experience with the delivery guy! First: he pressed the intercom twice without stopping; Second: he answered me in a hurry, with a lack of manners, and he came with a note that you guys issued as a sale of the gallon too. I explained that I already had the gallon and that I would only pay for the water. First time buying there and I'm already thinking about not buying again. The city of Viçosa has serious problems in relation to unprepared, poorly educated employees in several departments. Seems like a tradition to serve customers poorly in this town.
