Entrei em contato com eles por via WhatsApp, solicitando uma cotação de aluguel de mesas e cadeiras. Me passaram o orçamento, e fiz o pedido da reserva.
Passei os dados necessários e me informaram que estava tudo okay e que o pagamento seria efetuado na entrega das mesas e cadeiras.
Okay.
Fiquei tranquilo.
Para minha surpresa recebi a seguinte mensagem hoje dia 19/09/2021,
“Não poderemos mais atender o seu pedido”
Faltando apenas 2 semanas para o meu casamento.
Estava tranquilo com essa questão do aluguel das mesas, e agora de última hora vou ter que me virar.
Achei um descaso e uma falta de respeito.
Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience with this company.
I contacted them via WhatsApp, requesting a quote for the rental of tables and chairs. They gave me the budget, and I ordered the reservation.
I passed the necessary data and they informed me that everything was ok and that payment would be made upon delivery of the tables and chairs.
Okay.
I was calm.
To my surprise I received the following message today on 09/19/2021,
"We will no longer be able to accommodate your request"
Just 2 weeks to my wedding.
I was calm with this issue of renting the tables, and now at the last minute I'll have to get by.
I thought it was neglect and a lack of respect.
