★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça que me atendeu foi até simpática, mas o serviço ficou a desejar, não tira cutícula, não passa esmalte direto, realmente horrível e caro para o tipo de serviço que prestam.
The girl who helped me was even nice, but the service was lacking, she doesn't remove the cuticle, doesn't apply nail polish directly, really horrible and expensive for the type of service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dizer que atendimento foi excelente ! Cheguei a tarde em torno de umas 13:00 horas e me informaram que eu poderia ser atendida as 14:30. Voltei então para o shopping e aguardarei. No horário marcado cheguei na empório e perguntei se poderia pagar com pix ? Me responderam que sim, mas o meu app do banco Itaú está lento e eu tive alguma dificuldade de fazer a transação, nesse momento a manicure que iria me atender mostrou total respeito e aguardou com paciência assim como a moça da recepção que aliás assim que eu cheguei me informou que acha minha cor linda e que vários esmaltes iriam ficar lindos em mim. Após aguardarem eu decidi fazer o pix pelo app da caixa econômica e aí tudo correu bem! Escolhi o esmalte o a manicure sempre muito atenciosa, focada e sem conversas paralelas o que eu aprecio! Eu sou muito indecisa e pedi a sugestão de uma cor ela prontamente pegou a paleta de cores e me mostrou como ficaria. No final mudei a cor do esmalte de novo e ela prontamente trocou com toda educação e simpatia! Bom queria poder resumir mais, mas gostaria que vocês entendesse como a equipe foi maravilhosa comigo. Em relação a esmaltação definitiva eu já havia feito uma vez e a experiência foi horrível, foi caro e não durou. Porém a de vocês ficou incrível eu estou apaixonada ! Assim que voltar a Natal irei aí pra fazer as unhas novamente.

They said yes, but my Itaú bank app is slow and I had some difficulty making the transaction, at that time the manicurist who was going to attend me showed total respect and waited patiently, as did the girl at the reception who, by the way, I did. I arrived and informed me that he thinks my color is beautiful and that several nail polishes would look great on me. After waiting I decided to make the pix through the economy box app and then everything went well! I chose the nail polish or the manicure, always very attentive, focused and without side conversations, which I appreciate! I'm very indecisive and asked for a color suggestion, she promptly took the color palette and showed me how it would look. In the end I changed the nail polish color again and she promptly changed it with all politeness and sympathy! Well I wish I could summarize more, but I would like you to understand how wonderful the team was to me. Regarding the definitive enamelling, I had already done it once and the experience was horrible, it was expensive and it didn't last. But yours was amazing I'm in love! As soon as I get back to Natal, I'll go there to get my nails done again.
