Precisa melhorar o treinamento dos funcionários. Apesar de super atenciosos, prestativos e tentarem solucionar tudo, parecem estar perdidos.
 Cozy atmosphere. Nice food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a padaria deixou de desejar por conta do atendimento de seus funcionários, incluindo o Gerente, onde em uma situação, solicitamos um pouco mais de sal, e com grosseira e falta de postura, o próprio gestor nos trouxe e literalmente jogou o sal em nossa mesa, por isso, além da falta de estrutura para atendimentos de seus clientes, perdem também na educação!
Fizemos a reclamação junto a proprietária,e nem ao menos obtivemos um pedido de desculpa, por isso, farei uma reclamação em órgãos competentes do estabelecimento.

We filed a complaint with the owner, and we didn't even get an apology, so I'll file a complaint with the establishment's competent bodies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente agradável, staff lento e despreparado ,poucos itens nos combos, itens do combo em falta (fatias de bolo e pão de queijo, em pleno domingo pela manhã). A qualidade dos produtos é boa, mas falta uma administração mais eficiente. Fica a dica!!
Pleasant atmosphere, slow and unprepared staff, few items in the combos, missing combo items (slices of cake and cheese bread, in the middle of Sunday morning). The quality of the products is good, but a more efficient administration is lacking. Here's the tip!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A padaria é deliciosa! Boa variedade de pães, doces e tantas coisas que você não deveria comer para não engordar... O único defeito é o preço, mas acontece que a qualidade custa.
The bakery is delicious! Good variety of breads, sweets and so many things you shouldn't eat so you don't get fat... The only defect is the price, but the quality comes at a cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o nível do serviço caiu muito após a expansão. Se antes atendiam de forma gentil, hoje a burocracia impede que um lanche com presunto seja trocado por mortadela com o único argumento que não podem alterar os itens do cardápio.
Se pedir pra falar com o proprietário, esquece. Ele corre de clientes e manda dizer que está em reunião.
Resultado: perderam uma cliente que frequentava a padaria desde que começaram com um portinha em um espaço apertado. Duro ver que a empresa cresceu e perdeu o cuidado e a vontade de servir bem.
Unfortunately the level of service has dropped a lot after the expansion. If before they served in a kind way, today the bureaucracy prevents a snack with ham from being exchanged for bologna with the only argument that they cannot change the items on the menu.
If you ask to speak to the owner, forget it. He runs from clients and sends word that he's in a meeting.
Result: they lost a customer who frequented the bakery since they started with a small door in a tight space. It's hard to see that the company has grown and lost the care and desire to serve well.
