★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, comprei um par de alianças, tive que fazer a troca de numeração, uma consegui com sucesso, a minha aliança supostamente tinha o número certo, no outro dia percebi que havia algo errado estava grande mesmo assim, voltei na unidade do shopping Light , onde fiz a compra e as duas funcionárias me.informaram que tinha que procurar em outra unidade, acabo de sair da unidade shopping Mooca Plaza com o informação que não tem a minha numeração muito menos o modelo, ao informar que seria uma troca duas funcionárias que estavam " jogadas" falaram baixo uma com a outra para eu não entender " não somos obrigados a trocar a aliança, Não estamos fazendo troca você deve voltar no.shopping ligth e eles são responsáveis pela troca. Perdi tempo , dinheiro e ainda insatisfação de não poder usar a minha aliança. Péssimo atendimento.
Lousy, I bought a couple of rings, I had to change numbers, one I got successfully, my ring supposedly had the right number, the other day I realized that something was wrong was big anyway, I went back to the Light mall unit, where I made the purchase and the two employees informed me that I had to look for another unit, I just left the Mooca Plaza shopping unit with information that does not have my numbering much less the model, informing that it would be an exchange two employees who were "plays" talking low to each other so I don't understand "we are not required to trade the ring, we are not making trade you must go back no.shopping ligth and they are responsible for the trade. I lost time, money and still not dissatisfaction to wear my wedding ring.
