Contratei o serviço de churrasqueiro e garçonete, e a quantidade de produtos foi sob medida para o churrasco, além do ótimo serviço dos profissionais que atenderam meu evento, desde o cumprimento do horário de chegada, da entrega do material para o churrasco, além da disposição em servir. Recomendo a todos.
 Excellent quality products. I hired the barbecue and waitress service, and the quantity of products was tailored for the barbecue, in addition to the great service of the professionals who attended my event, from the fulfillment of the arrival time, the delivery of the material for the barbecue, in addition to the provision in serving. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu marido já fizemos 2 eventos com o pessoal do Empório do Churras foi tudo perfeito exceto deste ano (2019) pois foi uma tremenda decepção.
No dia 09/03 a festa era para uma 50 pessoas, e o buffet chegou e deixou tudo arrumado como sempre, porém a qualidade da comida não estava boa. O que salvou minha festa foi a carne e o arroz.
A maionese estava com cabelo e pedi para verificarem, mas em seguida trocaram por outra que estava totalmente azeda (passada do prazo para consumo), assim como a vinagrete que também estava estragada. Tudo ruim!!!
Por isso ficamos totalmente decepcionados, pois isso não tinha acontecido.
Eu fico feliz e aliviada que ninguém tenha passado mal no dia seguinte.
Infelizmente não pretendemos contrata-los novamente. :-(
My husband and I have already done 2 events with the staff of the Emporium do Churras was everything perfect except this year (2019) as it was a tremendous disappointment.
On 09/03 the party was for a 50 people, and the buffet arrived and left everything tidy as always, however the quality of the food was not good. What saved my party was meat and rice.
The mayonnaise had hair and I asked to check, but then they exchanged for another that was totally sour (past the time for consumption), as well as the vinaigrette that was also spoiled. All bad!!!
So we were totally disappointed, as this had not happened.
I'm happy and relieved that no one was sick the next day.

Mas o atendimento via whatsapp é horrível. Demoram horas para responder e sempre com a desculpa que tiveram algum problema, pedem desculpas, mas se repetem.
Espero que melhorem esta parte para que eu volte a consumir.
Criem um link para pedidos, já que não querem atender. Mas não deixem os clientes esperando 1:30hs.
The product is very good, the proposal is very good.
But the service via whatsapp is horrible. They take hours to respond and always with the excuse that they had a problem, they apologize, but they repeat themselves.
I hope they improve this part so that I can consume again.
Create a link for orders, as they don't want to attend. But don't keep customers waiting for 1:30h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pequeno encontro para umas 8 pessoas. Todo o cálculo que a senhora Fernanda fez foi bastante preciso e honesto. Agradeço a paciência ao explicar tudo e negociar tudo. Por outra parte, o cuidado com a higiene e segurança alimentar foi o que me chamou a atenção de maneira positiva. A dupla que veio fazer os espetinhos, trouxe os legumes picados e em saquinhos herméticos para a maionese. A carne dos espetinhos muito gostosa também. Me senti muito tranquilo com a organização e condução do serviço prestado e a montagem do bufê também. Só tenho elogios e agradecimentos. Muito sucesso para vocês! Um grande abraço!
I made a small meeting for about 8 people. The entire calculation that Mrs. Fernanda made was quite accurate and honest. Thank you for your patience in explaining everything and negotiating everything. On the other hand, the care with hygiene and food safety was what caught my attention in a positive way. The pair that came to make the skewers brought the chopped vegetables and in airtight bags for the mayonnaise. The meat of the skewers was very tasty too. I felt very relaxed with the organization and conduct of the service provided and the setting up of the buffet as well. I have nothing but praise and thanks. Much success to you! A big hug!
