★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei por um grande constrangimento lá no empório. Pedi a conta, paguei e levantei p ir embora, logo em seguida o garçom veio correndo atrás dizendo que fez a soma errada e que era p eu voltar e pagar. Lógico q eu pagaria a diferença, porém pareceu q eu saí sem pagar a conta. Todos ficaram me olhando e eu me senti super constrangida c o ocorrido. Decepcionada e n recomendo
 I went through a great embarrassment there at the emporium. I asked for the bill, paid and got up to leave, then the waiter came running after saying that he had made the wrong sum and that it was for me to come back and pay. Of course I would pay the difference, but it seemed like I left without paying the bill. Everyone was looking at me and I felt super embarrassed about what happened. Disappointed and do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei reservar uma mesa no dia das mães as 12:00 e me informaram que não faziam reserva aos domingos ou feriados mas que eu poderia chegar nesse horário que era super tranquilo (até aí tudo bem), cheguei ao local 12:30 com minha família e simplesmente tinha uma multidão de pessoas na porta do restaurante e uma única funcionária responsável por organizar toda aquela situação, eu entrei no restaurante às 14:50 já com dor de cabeça e cansaço de tanto esperar, não compensava ir embora pois já tínhamos pago estacionamento e não havia vagas em outros restaurantes da região, os funcionários foram solícitos e educados, a comida estava boa mas acredito que poderia ser mais bem servida pelo valor que é cobrado (como por exemplo uma mini jarra de pouco mais de 500ml de suco custa R$20 e ainda servem quente) acredito que se aderissem o método de reserva ficaria algo mais organizado e não viraria uma bagunça generalizada..ainda pretendo voltar ao restaurante em um dia mais calmo para ter uma experiência mais agradável.

Pedimos um prato familia(4 pessoas ) a picanha ñ era picanha e sim um contra filé de boa qualidade ,ok mas estava saborosa, td bem ...sabemos q comida está caro mas os acompanhamentos para 4 mal serviam duas pessoas (ficamos até na dúvida se tínhamos pedido pra 2 ou pra 4 ) e olha q não estávamos querendo prato de peão não,e sim comer de maneira satisfatória. Qto ao atendimento é razoável, os garçons te atendem rápido ,mas acho q deveriam ter mais preparo ,jogam a comida na mesa de uma forma meio grosseira ,e qdo terminamos de comer vem com mais pressa ainda pra retirar os pratos ,mas ñ vi como quisessem limpar a mesa e sim nos dispensar rapidamente !Outra coisa q observei q o garçom ñ nos dá liberdade pra q façamos nossas escolhas fica em cima da gente , e qdo respondem as dúvidas dos clientes (vi com outros) respondem alto ,e na hr de pagar a conta só faltam gritar pra tds ouvirem É DEBITO OU CREDITO ?!me sentir quase numa feira !Eu não gostei !
At first it was better! We ordered a family dish (4 people) the picanha was not a sirloin steak, it was a good quality steak, ok but it was tasty, ok... doubt if we had ordered for 2 or 4) and look, we weren't looking for a pawn dish, but eating in a satisfactory way. The service is reasonable, the waiters serve you quickly, but I think they should be more prepared, they throw the food on the table in a kind of rude way, and when we finish eating, they come in even more of a hurry to remove the dishes, but I didn't see how wanted to clear the table and rather dismiss us quickly! Another thing I noticed that the waiter doesn't give us freedom to make our choices is on top of us, and when they answer the customers' questions (I saw with others) they answer loud, and in the hr of pay the bill, all you have to do is shout for everyone to hear IS IT DEBIT OR CREDIT?! I feel almost at a fair! I didn't like it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUNCIONÁRIOS MAL EDUCADOS E DESPREPARADOS
Fui resolver um problema no shopping e decidi almoçar no restaurante. Estava sozinha.
Fiquei 6 minutos sentada, dois garçons passaram por mim para servir outras mesas e fui ignorada. Quando chegou uma família na mesa ao lado da minha, o garçom veio e colocou dois cardápios (oi?!!!!) na minha mesa. Sem nem dar um bom dia. Fiquei a espera... Nada. E dois garçons batendo papo na entrada do restaurante...
Bem... Acho que no Empório dos Galetos os funcionários não perceberam ainda que o mundo girou e que mulheres saem sozinhas, inclusive para comer e beber. Merecem atenção como qualquer cliente e se estão sozinhas não precisam de outro cardápio. Tem que ser muito tosco e machista para darem esse tipo de mole. Fui comer em outro restaurante. Rssssss.
POORLY EDUCATED AND UNPREPARED EMPLOYEES
I went to solve a problem at the mall and decided to have lunch at the restaurant. I was alone.
I sat for 6 minutes, two waiters passed me to serve other tables and I was ignored. When a family arrived at the table next to mine, the waiter came and placed two menus (hello?!!!!) on my table. Without even having a good day. I was waiting... Nothing. And two waiters chatting at the entrance to the restaurant...
Well... I think the employees at Empório dos Galetos haven't realized yet that the world has turned and that women go out alone, even to eat and drink. They deserve attention like any customer and if they are alone they don't need another menu. You have to be very rough and sexist to give that kind of softness. I went to eat at another restaurant. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos comemorar o aniversário do meu esposo no rodízio de petisco do restaurante de Caxias, fiz reserva com antecedência e confirmei no dia. Mesmo assim, foi decepcionante, logo na chegada não tinha a opção de quibes, logo após servirem uma dúzia de anéis de cebola para os meus 17 convidados, acabaram os anéis, acabaram os pastéis de carne, batata frita estava fria e murcha, salgadinhos frios e sem gosto, o refil de refri foi acabando as opções em pouco tempo, o caldinho de feijão estava horrível sem tempero algum e servido em copos peq de água e a única sobremesa do rodízio, que era churros, a massa estava crua sem gosto, chocolate com um gosto horrível, pedi outro de doce de leite mais fritinhos e deu para comer alguns, mas está a longe de estar gostoso!!!
As únicas opções do cardápio que estavam saborosas foram as tirinhas de carne bovina acelolada, frango a passarinho e aipim frito. A costelinha suína estava mais ou menos, muito ressecada.
Bom, fui reclamar com o gerente e só recebi um pedido de desculpa e que numa próxima a gente irá gostar!!!!
Já que reservamos com antecedência, no mínimo eles deveriam ter se organizado mais, não acham???
Esse rodízio foi decepcionante, fiquei muito envergonhada perante aos meus convidados!!!!
We went to celebrate my husband's birthday at the snack bar at the restaurant in Caxias, I made a reservation in advance and confirmed it on the day. Even so, it was disappointing, as soon as I arrived I didn't have the option of kibbeh, right after they served a dozen onion rings to my 17 guests, they ran out of rings, they ran out of meat pastries, fries were cold and wilted, cold snacks and tasteless, the soda refill ran out of options in a short time, the bean broth was horrible without any seasoning and served in small glasses of water and the only dessert of the rodizio, which was churros, the pasta was raw and tasteless, chocolate with a horrible taste, I ordered another one with more fried dulce de leche and I could eat some, but it is far from delicious!!!
The only options on the menu that were tasty were the shredded beef, chicken and fried cassava. The pork ribs were more or less, very dry.
Well, I went to complain to the manager and I only received an apology and that next time we will like it!!!!
Since we booked in advance, at least they should have organized themselves more, don't you think???
This rotation was disappointing, I was very embarrassed in front of my guests!!!!
