Ficou semanas na assistência deles e me devolveram como sucata,nem me deram um laudo. Não comprem celular de vitrine, passa a garantia e vocês ficam refém de perder seu dinheiro suado. Me sentir lesada pela loja, me devolveram e não tiveram nem o trabalho de resolver minha situação. Nota zero!
My experience was terrible. I bought an iPhone 7S (after two exchanges of broken devices) with the store and in less than 6 months my device broke down. I spent weeks in their assistance and they returned it to me as scrap, they didn't even give me a report. Do not buy cell phone showcase, the warranty passes and you are hostage to losing your hard-earned money. Feeling aggrieved by the store, they returned it to me and didn't even have the trouble to resolve my situation. Grade zero!
