★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair de lá, fui com minha esposa e sogra, estávamos com bastante fome. Entramos e sentamos na mesa sem se quer alguém se identificar e nos atende. À princípio, minha esposa e eu pedimos um pastel de baurú e minha sogra pediu um espeto de queijo-qualho e dois pequenos refrigerantes para beber. O pedido da minha sogra chegou após uns 15 minutos, quanto ao meu e de minha esposa se quer deram satisfação. Minha sogra comeu o espero de queijo dela, e nós continuamos aguardando nosso sem se quer darem um retorno referente ao nosso pedido, até que ficamos pelo menos 40 minutos aguardando e o pastel nada de chegar. O lugar não estava cheio, mas haviam algumas pessoas também aguardando o pedido (basicamente quem estava no local, não tinha ninguém comendo). Simplesmente levantei, fui no balcão e solicitei realizar o pagamento da mesa "11" tive que citar o que havíamos consumido (aparentemente deles ninguém sabia) efetuei o pagamento e se quer alguém questionou ou justificou a demora ou quanto a refeição. Acreditem ou não, fui na pizzaria e em menos de 10 minutos estávamos indo para casa comer. Apenas não volto nunca mais lá e não recomendo.
PS: Haviam vários pedidos saindo, no entanto, acredito que
para os pedidos realizados no Ifood ou no canal de atendimento deles. Isso era fato, pois haviam diversos motoboys na frente do local.
I just left there, I went with my wife and mother-in-law, we were quite hungry. We enter and sit at the table without anyone wanting to identify themselves and they serve us. At first, my wife and I ordered a pastel de baurú and my mother-in-law ordered a cheese skewer and two small soft drinks to drink. My mother-in-law's order arrived after about 15 minutes, as for mine and my wife's if they wanted to be satisfied. My mother-in-law ate her cheese bar, and we continued to wait for our order without wanting to hear back from our order, until we were at least 40 minutes waiting and the pastel never arrived. The place was not full, but there were also some people waiting for the order (basically those who were in the place, there was no one eating). I simply got up, went to the counter and asked to pay for table "11" I had to quote what we had consumed (apparently no one knew about them) I made the payment and if anyone questioned or justified the delay or the meal. Believe it or not, I went to the pizzeria and in less than 10 minutes we were going home to eat. I just won't go back there and I don't recommend it.
PS: There were several orders going out, however, I believe
for orders made at Ifood or their service channel. This was a fact, as there were several motoboys in front of the place.
