★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a aquisição de alguns itens para presente, no dia 15/01/2020, e, por um tempo, fiquei sem retorno por parte da empresa, ao contatá-los por whatsapp, e pelo chat do site.
Porém, ao entrar em contato por telefone fixo, no dia 04/02/2020, fui atendida pelo Funcionário Gabriel, que foi muito simpático, explicou detalhadamente o motivo pelo qual a minha encomenda ainda não havia sido enviada (ausência de um dos produtos escolhidos por mim, pelo site, na loja), e sugeriu a possibilidade de eu escolher outro produto, para que a minha compra não ficasse parada, e eu a recebesse, sobretudo, por se tratarem de presentes com prazo para entrega.
Foi, então, que após a sugestão por parte do Gabriel de um dos itens superior ao que eu havia encomendado, inclusive, e a minha aprovação, os itens foram devidamente encaminhados via Sedex, para que pudessem chegar em tempo hábil. Saliento que o envio via Sedex foi uma 'cortesia' da Empresa, para que eu pudesse receber as minhas encomendas em tempo hábil.
Resumo da ópera: recebi a minha encomenda ontem (07/02/2020), devidamente lacrada, organizada, e estou muito encantada pelo barril de carvalho, que é uma graça!
Estou ansiosa para entregar o presente ao meu noivo amanhã (09/02/2020) - data do seu aniversário.
Agradeço ao Funcionário Gabriel pela atenção e celeridade para resolver a situação o mais brevemente possível.
Reitero que fiquei muito satisfeita pelo atendimento do Gabriel, porém, se me permitem uma sugestão: procurem responder os clientes pelo número de whatsapp disponibilizado no site, ou, então, por e-mail.
Como existe essa alternativa de compra pela internet, os 'clientes virtuais' também merecem a atenção, como se estivessem na loja.
Quando possível, ainda pretendo visitar a loja física.
I made the purchase of some items for gift, on 01/15/2020, and, for a while, I had no return on the part of the company, when contacting them by whatsapp, and by the site chat.
However, when contacting by landline, on 04/02/2020, I was attended by the Employee Gabriel, who was very friendly, explained in detail the reason why my order had not yet been sent (absence of one of the chosen products by me, on the website, in the store), and suggested the possibility of me choosing another product, so that my purchase would not be stopped, and I would receive it, above all, because they are gifts with a deadline for delivery.
It was then that after Gabriel's suggestion of one of the items higher than the one I had ordered, including, and my approval, the items were properly forwarded via Sedex, so that they could arrive in a timely manner. I emphasize that shipping via Sedex was a 'courtesy' of the Company, so that I could receive my orders in a timely manner.
Opera summary: I received my order yesterday (07/02/2020), properly sealed, organized, and I am very delighted by the oak barrel, which is so cute!
I look forward to delivering the gift to my fiancé tomorrow (02/09/2020) - his birthday.
I thank Employee Gabriel for his attention and speed to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
I reiterate that I was very pleased with Gabriel's service, however, if I may allow a suggestion: try to answer customers by the whatsapp number available on the website, or else by email.
As there is this alternative of buying over the internet, 'virtual customers' also deserve attention, as if they were in the store.
When possible, I still intend to visit the physical store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai do Cambui para comprar uma cachaça de presente e uma hora antes de fechar não havia ninguém! Que pena pois deveriam respeitar mais os clientes e alterar o horário uma vez que não atendem nos horários divulgados!
I left Cambui to buy a cachaça as a gift and an hour before closing there was no one! What a shame because they should respect customers more and change the schedule since they don't work at the published hours!
