Alegaram que os produtos estavam e falta mas continuam vendendo no shopee, site e nas redes sociais.
Pediram chave pix para reembolsar e só enrolação!
Nunca tinha passado por isso com NENHUM vendedor do shopee.

I bought it, paid for it, sent missing products, without committing to send the missing items, and then just stalling!
They claimed that the products were missing but still selling on the shopee, website and social media.
They asked for a pix key to refund and just scroll!
I had never gone through this with ANY shopee salesperson.
RUN AWAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira e única experiência começou bem, moro em Goiás e comprei pelo site, comprei Zimbro com um valor a baixo da media que geralmente encontrava no mercado, achando que tinha achado uma promoção legal, ok. Comprei 3KG da especiaria e quando recebi percebi que o produto era totalmente diferente do que estava no site, algumas (maior parte) mofada, com bolor e mofo. Assim que entrei em contato com a empresa eles me colocaram pra falar com o responsável pela qualidade que justificou que havia diferentes tipos de zimbro e que o eu tinha escolhido era o americano, ótimo, o americano estava em péssimo estado e eu não quis ficar com o produto pq me senti lesado. Eu trabalho com especiarias a algum tempo e nunca me senti mal com uma situação do tipo, logo após a justificativa de que o produto estava na promoção e que o valor real do zimbro é mais elevado percebi que se o produto do site está de promoção não é confiável e pode estar com qualidade baixa. Agora estou na espera a mais de um mês para devolução e eles não me atendem de forma justa e honesta, me respondem hora ou outra e eu tomei um prejuízo durante um momento não muito bom para meu negocio, passando por uma fase dificil e ainda ficar com dor de cabeça? nunca mais!! Eu prezo por qualidade, prezo por respeito e não tive. Espero que ninguém passe por isso, pois moro em outro estado e me sinto péssimo em não poder ir até a loja para poder resolver.
My first and only experience started well, I live in Goiás and I bought on the website, I bought Zimbro with a value below the average that I usually found in the market, thinking I had found a legal promotion, ok. I bought 3KG of the spice and when I received it I realized that the product was totally different from what was on the website, some (mostly) moldy, with mold and mold. As soon as I got in touch with the company they put me in to talk to the person in charge of quality who justified that there were different types of juniper and that the one I had chosen was the American, great, the American was in very bad shape and I didn't want to be with the product because I felt injured. I have been working with spices for some time and I never felt bad about a situation like that, just after the justification that the product was on sale and that the real value of the juniper is higher I realized that if the product on the site is on sale it will not it is reliable and may be of low quality. Now I have been waiting for more than a month for a return and they do not answer me fairly and honestly, they answer me at one time or another and I took a loss during a moment not very good for my business, going through a difficult phase and still being with headache? never!! I value quality, I value respect and I didn't have it. I hope nobody goes through this, because I live in another state and I feel terrible about not being able to go to the store to be able to solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no dia 09/04 e até hoje não recebi, sempre tem uma desculpa, uma hora perdem o pedido, outra hora reenviam mas a transportadora perdeu, tive de insistir pelo reembolso. Dizem que vão reembolsar mas não me respondem quando ou como, um absurdo como o atendimento é ruim. Fiz essa compra pois no passado eu havia comprado e recebido tudo corretamente, sinceramente não sei o que está havendo, mas estou decepcionada e não voltarei a comprar.
I made a purchase on 04/09 and I still haven't received it, there's always an excuse, one hour they lose the order, another time they resend it but the carrier lost it, I had to insist on a refund. They say they will refund but they don't answer me when or how, absurd as the service is bad. I made this purchase because in the past I had bought and received everything correctly, I honestly don't know what's going on, but I'm disappointed and I won't buy it again.
