Elaboração: Colheita manual e seletiva, desengace sem esmagamento, seleção de bagas. Maceração pré-
fermentativa por 48 horas a frio. Fermentação alcoólica com temperatura controlada, período de maceração focado em extrações delicadas, fazendo uso de Pigeage e suaves remontagens diariamente. Fermentação malolática espontânea. Produto vegano.

I had to go to the shop physically and resolve the issue. I accepted another product that in honesty I wouldn't normally have bought. I'll not use the shop for a while, as I'm still upset.
