★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui uma consumidora frequente do empório Jacatuba . Porém, comprei uma noite voltando do trabalho, 2 banofes. Quando abri em casa estavam cheio de fungo e musgo. Não falei nada pois a princípio achei que seria normal errar. Uma vizinha já havia me alertado que naquele mês tinha comprado 2 marmitas em dias diferentes e ambas estavam estragadas. No sábado retornei ao mercado e comprei 2 donuts. Quando cheguei em casa e quando mordi, senti gosto de sal. Não entendendo o que acontecia ainda comi mais um pedaço que estava amargo. Quando retirei da embalagem vi que ele estava inteiro de mofo. Guardei os 2 e enviei fotos para o dono via Instagram mostrando que a compra tinha sido efetuada minutos antes do consumo. Ele visualizou e ignorou meu alerta. Na segunda eu levei até o empório e a atendente se desculpou falando que isso nunca tinha aconteci. Ela me deu outros 2 donuts e eu fui embora. Porém, como ia diariamente fazer compras la, na terça a noite comprei outro banofe.
Quando cheguei em casa e abri ele estava puro mofo novamente. Falei com a atendente mais uma vez e ela disse que ia ver o que fazer e até o momento nao tive retorno nem.do dono nem pelo Instagram, de ninguém...
Não acho que eu sou uma pessoa azarada e que em 3 dias de compra na mesma semana dei azar? somente os meus doces estavam podres?
Ainda aguardo uma posição dos proprietários ou mesmo que um dia a vigilância sanitária passe por la.
I have always been a frequent consumer of the Jacatuba emporium. However, I bought one night coming back from work, 2 banofes. When I opened the house they were full of fungus and moss. I didn't say anything because at first I thought it would be normal to make mistakes. A neighbor had already warned me that that month she had bought 2 lunchboxes on different days and both were spoiled. On Saturday I returned to the market and bought 2 donuts. When I got home and when I bit into it, I tasted like salt. Not understanding what was happening, I ate another piece that was bitter. When I took it out of the packaging I saw that it was completely moldy. I saved the 2 and sent photos to the owner via Instagram showing that the purchase had been made minutes before consumption. He visualized and ignored my alert. On Monday I took it to the emporium and the attendant apologized saying that this had never happened. She gave me another 2 donuts and I left. However, as I used to go shopping there every day, on Tuesday night I bought another banofe.
When I got home and opened it up it was pure mold again. I spoke to the attendant one more time and she said she would see what to do and so far I have not had a response from either the owner or Instagram, from anyone...
I don't think I'm an unlucky person and that in 3 shopping days in the same week I was unlucky? only my sweets were rotten?
I'm still waiting for a position from the owners or even that one day the health surveillance will pass through it.
