★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pedi um Frango assado pelo delivery, às11:25 da manhã. Liguei às 12:28 questionando a demora, a moça ao telefone disse que já estava saindo...
13:00 hs liguei novamente e falei que não precisava mandar mais não... Que não ia mais aceitar devido a demora! Às 13:18 hs o entregador chega aqui no condomínio pra entregar o Frango! Falei que não ia receber porque 2:00 hs de relógio para vc receber 1 Frango assado para o almoço de domingo sendo que eu moro no mesmo bairro?! Ah por favor!! Se o estabelecimento não consegue cumprir o horário para entregar um Frango assado não faça delivery! Se organizem melhor!
Sempre fui buscar, mais hoje não pude ir e aconteceu isso! Descaso com o cliente! Se vc quer passar raiva na hora do almoço de domingo com a família peça um Frango delivery no Supermercado Jangada do Marapé!
Hoje vcs perderam um cliente...

Today I ordered a roast chicken for delivery, at 11:25 in the morning. I called at 12:28 am questioning the delay, the girl on the phone said she was leaving...
1:00 pm I called again and said I didn't need to send it anymore... That I wasn't going to accept it anymore due to the delay! At 1:18 pm the delivery man arrives here at the condo to deliver the chicken! I said I wouldn't receive it because it's 2:00 clock for you to receive 1 Roast Chicken for Sunday lunch when I live in the same neighborhood?! Oh please!! If the establishment cannot meet the time to deliver a roasted chicken, do not deliver! Get organized better!
I always went to get it, but today I couldn't go and that happened! Disregard for the customer! If you want to get angry at lunchtime on Sunday with the family, order a Chicken delivery at the Jangada do Marapé Supermarket!
Today you lost a customer...
