★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monday morning, we were greeted by an employee that guided us from the parking lot to the door telling us about the services and products available. Unfortunately this positive first impression was lost in seconds. While my family was getting settled I went to the toilet. It was 8 a.m. and clearly the toilet was forgotten for at least a day. Huge (dried!) urine stains on the floor and around the loo. No toilet paper to be seen. One of those that you can't close the door unless you are pressed against all other surfaces. (No accessible toilet, mind you).
When I sat at the table the urine smell was reaching us two tables over.
The tables were sticky. Some other customers went away and their tables weren't wiped down - are the tables as neglected as the bathrooms?
Other terrible negligence: several employees were seen with their noses out of the facial mask. No social distancing, although there was plenty of space.
On top of it my family and I felt unwelcomed. I had barely finished my cup of orange juice, a waiter appeared out of nowhere to clear the table (my brother was clearly still eating and drinking) there weren't many other people there, why the rush? No other customers were receiving this type of "attention". They remained undisturbed at their tables. Mind you that my family did not look or behaved in any way that warranted "special treatment".
We sat there for another ten minutes, the noise was unbearable (it sounded like someone was angry at the dishes).
Our visit lasted 20 minutes, 5 of which were spent in the checkout line (again, no social distancing being reinforced).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!! 1hr wait for a pizza and it came cold. 2 orange juices took around 30 min. The waiters are overloaded with work so they couldn’t care properly about the costumers. Many people complaining at the same time. Definitely do not recommend.
