★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aí essa semana, as mesas estavam grudando e o padeiro estava sem touca e de chinelo ( se você ficar olhando pela portinha do lado vc vê o padeiro sem higiene e a cozinha toda suja ). Não recomendo para ninguém, sem contar o atendimento de lá. Passem longe! ??
E respondendo vocês, era essa padaria sim. Se não era o padeiro, era alguém que estava manipulando os alimentos de forma porca. Enfim, não estou acusando, só dando uma dica mesmo. Obrigada pela atenção!
I was there this week, the tables were sticking together and the baker was wearing his cap and slippers (if you keep looking through the little door you see the baker unhygienic and the kitchen is all dirty). I don't recommend it to anyone, not to mention the service there. Pass away! ??
And answering you, it was this bakery, yes. If it wasn't the baker, it was someone who was handling the food in a nut way. Anyway, I'm not accusing, just giving a hint. Thanks for listening!

As fotos abaixo mostram claramente o descaso com o cliente e em resposta o estabelecimento se recusou a trocar o pedido e ainda disseram poder conceder um desconto de R$ 5,00 reais em uma próxima compra. Piada de mau gosto para não dizer desrespeitoso com o consumidor.
Respondendo o comentário insultuoso do proprietário, não irei comparecer pessoalmente para formalizar uma reclamação, até porque não acredito que tal reclamação seja validada somente (PESSOALMENTE), visto que, meu pedido foi online. Se a empresa disponibiliza seus serviços via aplicativos online, tais como: ifood, deve ter a maestria no suporte ao cliente ao que tange a problemas posteriores a compra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não é estranho essa "Laís" só ter avaliações e fotos elogiando essa padaria? sem contar que ela postou essa foto elogiando os pães... mas, os clientes tem acesso aos pães na forma? sem contar nas fotos mais antigas, onde os bolos tiveram a foto tirada aparentemente no meio da produção, ou vocês se lembram de algum ambiente aberto ao público parecido com esse onde os bolos foram tirados? Reparem que obviamente é o proprietário elogiando a si mesmo kkkkkkkkkk, isso pega tão mal... Em um comércio onde o dono precisa criar conta falsa para receber elogios de clientes, não devemos esperar muita coisa mesmo. Deixei alguns prints junto com essa avaliação, dêem uma olhada aí

Isn't it strange that "Laís" only has reviews and photos praising this bakery? not to mention that she posted this photo praising the breads... but, do customers have access to the breads in the form? not to mention the older photos, where the cakes were apparently taken in the middle of production, or do you remember any environment open to the public similar to the one where the cakes were taken? Note that obviously the owner is praising himself kkkkkkkkkk, this is so bad... In a business where the owner needs to create a fake account to receive compliments from customers, we shouldn't expect much anyway. I left some prints along with this review, take a look there
Anyway, I wish maturity and professionalism for the owners!
