★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empório com muitas opções diferenciadas de frios e vinhos, temperos etc. Vale a visita para abastecer a adega. O restaurante pareceu bom para um happy hour mas as opções de refeições são limitadas.
 Emporium with many different options of cold cuts and wines, seasonings etc. Worth the visit to supply the cellar. The restaurant looked good for happy hour but the dining options are limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho notado um declínio constante na qualidade da comida do empório. Última vez que fui pedi uma picanha que veio duríssima, só o chopp pra salvar. Precisam rever a cozinha do lugar porque do jeito que está indo não está bom.
I've noticed a steady decline in the quality of the emporium's food. Last time I went I ordered a picanha that came very tough, just the beer to save it. They need to review the kitchen of the place because the way it's going is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento CAÓTICO!! Pedimos por 5 vezes chopp para 3 garçons diferentes e só na 6° vez , via gerência/responsável , fomos atendidos. Pedimos uma picanha aperitivo, não tinha o acompanhamento mandioca frita, e a carne era qualquer coisa menos picanha. Junto havíamos pedido um Bauru tradicional ponto chic e não veio. Pra fechar com chave de ouro pedimos uma sobremesa e levou meia hora!! Ao reclamar ao gerente/responsável , apareceu a banana flambada, nitidamente feita as pressas, SEM OS TALHERES PRA COMER!! Pedimos a conta e veio errado por 2 vezes!! Gerente/responsável quiz nos "presentear" com café cortesia, mas isso não paga o absurdo "atendimento " deste lugar, que é bonito, tem produtos muito bons mas é um CAOS !! Alias, como nem chopp tínhamos, vimos várias mesas ao redor com confusão de pratos entregues, falta de atendimento, etc. Nunca na minha vida deixei de pagar 10%. Neste local fiz questão disso e espero que seja a última vez na minha vida pois vamos em família ao restaurante pra no mínimo sermos respeitados.
CHAOTIC service!! We asked for beer 5 times for 3 different waiters and only on the 6th time, via the manager/responsible, were we served. We ordered a picanha appetizer, it didn't have the fried cassava accompaniment, and the meat was anything but picanha. Together we had asked for a traditional Bauru Ponto chic and it didn't come. To close with a flourish we ordered a dessert and it took half an hour!! When complaining to the manager/person in charge, the flambéed banana appeared, clearly made in a hurry, WITHOUT THE CUTLERY TO EAT!! We asked for the bill and it came wrong twice!! Manager/person in charge wanted to "gift" us with complimentary coffee, but that doesn't pay for the absurd "service" of this place, which is beautiful, has very good products but it's CHAOS !! By the way, as we didn't even have beer, we saw several tables around with a mix of dishes delivered, lack of service, etc. I have never failed to pay 10% in my life. In this place I insisted on it and I hope it will be the last time in my life because we go as a family to the restaurant to at least be respected.
