★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido dia 17 de fevereiro pela loja online da Empório Store, com frete fechado de 10 dias. No dia 07 de março eu ainda não tinha recebido o produto e nenhum retorno por parte da empresa. Com muito custo eles responderam pelo Whatsapp com a desculpa q o produto tinha mudado, eu solicitei fotos do novo produto e nada, além de demorarem dias pra responder ainda ignoram as solicitações. Depois de mais cobranças eles me posicionaram que enviariam o produto comprado. Quando recebi pra minha surpresa a calça não era a mesma da foto, o tecido era totalmente diferente do que eles postam nas redes sociais, ainda por cima o bolso está descosturado, várias linhas soltando, parece até que alguém usou, devolveu e eles repassaram pra outro cliente. Acionei pelo whatsapp e mais uma vez nao obtive retorno. Nao comprem nessa loja se não quiser ter dor de cabeça!! PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO, PÉSSIMO PRODUTO E AINDA PRATICAM PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA.
I placed an order on February 17th through the online store of the Emporium Store, with 10 days closed shipping. On March 7, I still hadn't received the product and no return from the company. With great cost they responded by Whatsapp with the excuse q the product had changed, I requested photos of the new product and nothing, besides taking days to respond still ignore the requests. After more charges they positioned me that they would send the purchased product. When I received to my surprise the pants were not the same as the photo, the fabric was totally different from what they post on social networks, on top of that the pocket is unstitched, several lines are loosening, it looks like someone used it, returned it and they passed it on to another customer. I activated by whatsapp and again I did not get a return. Don't buy at this store if you don't want to have a headache !! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND STILL PRACTICE MOLLY ADVERTISING.

Sem contar que a mamãezinha do dono, vulgo Solange é extremamente desequilibrada e não aceita crítica. Fui pessoalmente devolver a mercadoria e agilizar meu reembolso conversando com o único funcionário atencioso e que aparenta querer resolver a situação (César). Solange desequilibrada, funcionárias lentas no atendimento. Mas por "sorte" fui capaz de juntar várias pessoas e provas contra a loja para agilizar num futuro processo. Meu conselho é: não comprem nessa loja!
One of the worst stores I had the displeasure to visit. From the service, quality of clothes and the like. Not to mention that the owner's mommy, aka Solange is extremely unbalanced and doesn't accept criticism. I personally went to return the goods and expedite my refund, talking to the only attentive employee who seems to want to resolve the situation (Caesar). Imbalanced Solange, slow employees. But by "luck" I was able to gather several people and evidence against the store to expedite a future process. My advice is: don't buy from this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pelo site uma blusinha de gola alta, gostei bastante apesar dos comentários negativos, tive apoio das meninas no whatsapp e a blusa chegou certinho, um dia depois do prazo, mas tudo ok, pelo preço valeu a pena. Ja vou comprar mais.
I bought a turtleneck blouse on the site, I really liked it despite the negative comments, I had support from the girls on whatsapp and the blouse arrived just right, one day after the deadline, but everything ok, for the price it was worth it. I'll buy more now.
