★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor loja na categoria, atendimento muito bom, funcionários educados, ambiente limpo e agradável, mostram bom conhecimento do que estão vendendo, ampla variedade de produtos, oferem também carne, peixes e legumes congelados, sou cliente desde que abriu, mesmo na pandemia fizeram um excelente trabalho de entrega pelo watts app, mesmo com todas as adversidades que todos nós tivemos, no momento faço meu pedido eles separam e vou buscar, já ajuda na correria do dia a dia, enfim a loja referência pra quem gosta de uma vida mais saudável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência nesse lugar não foi nada agradável, por comprar nesse lugar pela primeira vez não gostei, estava no trabalho e não poderia ir ao local comprar as coisas da dieta de meu pai que é idoso, e que foi passado pelo médico precisando urgente trocar a sua alimentação então assim que pequei sua receita em mãos liguei para o local, que achei pelo Google e perguntei se faz entrega dizeram que sim e que paga um valor simbólico que para mim concordaria porque não poderia ir no local, imediatamente passei toda a lista e perguntei preços e se tinha essas mercadorias lá, enfim péssimo o atendimento, a demora, resolvi ligar o rapaz disse que estavam ocupados tinham 4 pessoas e que por esse motivo não poderia responder no momento, aí eu me pergunto se não dão conta atender os clientes no WhatsApp porque dão a opção de entrega, comecei falar com eles as 17:05 liguei as 17:40 ele me informou que nesse horário não poderia mais fazer entrega pois o entregador já teria indo embora, eu com a minha extrema necessidade porque estava precisando para começar a dieta de meu pai falei vocês podem me vender eu mando alguém buscar, ele disse sim podemos ele chegando antes das 6 horas pois vamos fechar, tá certo já deixei a pessoa pronta então fui perguntando os preços e dizendo o que ia querer então de novo a demora nas respostas quando foi as 18:07 mandou áudio já fechamos estamos limpando continuamos seu pedido amanhã tenha uma boa noite kkkkkk eu como cliente fiquei completamente sem ação com a tamanha falta de profissionalismo e falta de respeito com o cliente pois estava sendo atendida desde das 5:05 ainda mandando alguém ir buscar e ainda me responderam dessa forma fora que ainda eu mandei áudio depois fui completamente ignorada parabéns pela empresa de vocês eu realmente não sou de sair falando de ninguém mais vocês conseguiram me surpreender com a falta de respeito de vocês o que custava terminar de me atender que não demoraria 10 minutos parabéns para vocês estou indignada.
