Fui super mal atendida pela proprietária, havia feito mechas total blond e deixei pago um botox para ser feito até 3 meses, no entanto no mês seguinte começou a pandemia e fiz contato com a proprietária que me garantiu que eu poderia fazer o procedimento após a pandemia. Quando voltei ao salão recebi o pior atendimento da minha vida, parecia que eu tava pedindo um favor e que não havia pago pelo serviço. Foi o pior botox que já aplicaram no meu cabelo, não diminuiu nada o volume do meu cabelo, na verdade, nem sei se realmente foi feito um botox, além do constrangimento que passei no local por ter passado o "prazo de validade" inicial. Como se não bastasse, paguei por um corte de cabelo que também foi o pior corte da minha vida. A proprietária cortou muito além do que eu pedi, mandou uma das cabeleireiras finalizar e não ficou nem perto do corte que eu pedi.
Worst botox and haircut of my life!
I was super poorly attended by the owner, I had made total blond locks and paid for a botox to be done for up to 3 months, however the following month the pandemic started and I made contact with the owner who assured me that I could do the procedure after the pandemic . When I returned to the salon I received the worst service of my life, it felt like I was asking for a favor and that I hadn't paid for the service. It was the worst botox ever applied to my hair, it didn't reduce the volume of my hair at all, in fact, I don't even know if a botox was really done, besides the embarrassment I went through at the place for having passed the initial "expiration date". As if that wasn't enough, I paid for a haircut that was also the worst cut of my life. The owner cut it way beyond what I asked for, had one of the hairdressers finish it and it wasn't even close to the cut I asked for.
