★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pós venda! Compramos um sofá no mês de maio/20 pra receber em junho/20. Recebemos somente em agosto/20. O sofá veio sem as almofadas, reclamamos e nos enviaram as almofadas, porém, vieram com péssimo acabamento, fora de medidas, diferente da foto original do sofá, e com alguns meses de uso o sofá começou a soltar as molas, oq causou um enorme desconforto. Reclamos várias vezes sobre as almofadas e somente nos enrolaram dizendo que estavam providenciando as almofadas corretas, mas nunca recebemos, sempre deram desculpa que o material está em falta.
Jamais voltaria a comprar na loja e não recomendo a ninguém que comprem.
 Terrible after sales service! We bought a sofa in May/20 to receive it in June/20. We only received in August/20. The sofa came without the pillows, we complained and they sent us the pillows, however, they came with a bad finish, out of proportion, different from the original photo of the sofa, and after a few months of use the sofa started to loosen its springs, which caused a huge discomfort. We complained several times about the pillows and they just stopped us saying they were providing the correct pillows, but we never received them, they always made excuses that the material is out of stock.
I would never buy in the store again and I don't recommend anyone to buy it.
