★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia! Ganhei 3 pares se sapatos de presente no dia das mães, porém um deles descolou na 2 vez que usei, dair fui ate a loja e deixei lá para análise. Ate air tudo bem. Quando mi ligaram para trocar eu queria pegar outra marca, o gerente falou que não, pois eu só poderia trocar pela a mesma marca, aceitei a versão dele mesmo sabendo que ele nao estava correto. Dair usei o sapato uma vez e descolou tbm, voltei na loja e o gerente veio com a mesma versão, eu nao aceitei ate por que eu como cliente o meu relacionamento é com a loja e não com o fornecedor dele, expliquei os direitos do cliente para ele, falei para ele a minha profissão ? sabe o que ele mi falou? Que eu deveria ser uma péssima profissional, e responde o seguinte; a sua visão ao meu profissionalismo não mi interessa, estou aqui como cliente e não a trabalho ao pedindo emprego para vc. E ele só resolveu o meu problema pq eu disse q estava gravando a conversa.. ?
Good morning! I won 3 pairs if my mother's day gift shoes, but one of them took off the second time I used it, dair went to the store and left it there for analysis. Ate air alright. When I called to change I wanted to get another brand, the manager said no, because I could only change for the same brand, I accepted the version of it even knowing that it was not correct. Dair used the shoe once and took off, I went back to the store and the manager came with the same version, I did not accept because I as a customer my relationship is with the store and not with his supplier, I explained the client's rights for him, I told him my profession, do you know what he said to me? That I should be a bad professional, and answer the following; your vision to my professionalism does not interest me, I am here as a client and not to work when asking for a job for you. And he just solved my problem because I said he was recording the conversation .. ?
