FUNCIONÁRIOS PIORES AINDA , ME FOI INFORMADO QUE EM CERCA DE 4 HORAS, O ONIBUS DE GARANHUNS PARA RECIFE CHEGARIA LÁ, CONFIEI NA INFORMAÇÃO , DEMOROU QUASE 7 HORAS, PERDI MEU VÔO PARA SP. GASTEI HORRORES PRA PODER DORMIR EM RECIFE, E COMPRAR OUTRA PASSAGEM AEREA.

WORST EMPLOYEES YET, I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT IN ABOUT 4 HOURS, THE GUARANTEE BUS TO RECIFE WOULD GET THERE, TRUSTED THE INFORMATION, IT HAS ALMOST 7 HOURS, I LOST MY FLIGHT TO SP. I SPENDED HORRORS TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP IN RECIFE, AND BUY ANOTHER AIR PASS.

NINGUEM SABE DIZER ONDE MINHA ENCOMENDA ESTAVA, SIMPLESMENTE NÃO LIGARAM E ME DEIXARAM NA ESPERA. DEPOIS NÃO ATENDENDERAM MAIS O TELEFONE.( DEPOIS DE MAIS DE 10 TENTATIVAS DE "ADIVINHAR" O NUMERO QUE FUNCIONA...)

IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY, WITH IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEES, AN EMPLOYEE HANGED UP ON MY FACE, THEY DOESN'T HAVE A RESPONSIBLE MAN TO SOLVE ANYTHING... NOBODY KNOWS WHERE MY ORDER WAS, THEY JUST DIDN'T CALL AND LEFT ME ON WAITING. THEN THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ANYMORE.( AFTER MORE THAN 10 ATTEMPTS TO "GUESS" THE NUMBER THAT WORKS...)

Detalhe não só é esse, até o da Rodoviária de Maceió também não funciona. Pouco respeito com o consumidor. Ta pior que a época da Jotude.

Pois é! O atendente começa decadente, logo na compra da passagem, o colaborador do guixer, simplesmente cobra um taxa de 6,00, sendo que o valor correto, seria 5,55.
O ônibus não o mínimo de higiene, forte odor e poltronas imundas, com restos de comida. O piso parece mais um lixão.

Yeah! The attendant starts decadent, as soon as the ticket is purchased, the guixer employee simply charges a fee of 6.00, the correct amount being 5.55.
The bus does not have the least hygiene, strong odor and filthy seats, with food scraps. The floor looks more like a dump.
