★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos os serviços da EBC, o nosso cliente efetuou o pagamento, porém a EBC até hoje não nos repassou o valor pago pelo cliente. Ligamos e ninguém nos dá um posicionamento a respeito. O pior de tudo é que tivemos que Baixar o valor em aberto do cliente, tendo em vista que ele já havia efetuado o pagamento e não tinha nada a ver se a EBC não repassou o valor para nossa empresa. Péssimo!!! Não recomendamos e esse não foi o único problema que tivemos, eles sempre demoram a repassar os valores pagos e as atendentes nunca sabem de nada.

Worst of all is that we had to download the outstanding amount of the client, given that he had already made the payment and had nothing to do the EBC did not pass on the value to our company. Terrible!!! We do not recommend and this was not the only problem we had, they always take time to pass the amounts paid and the attendants never know anything.
