★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência ainda tem de melhorar o atendimento e algumas entregas. Há ar condicionado e bancos, e caixa rápido para pessoas idosas, gravidas, com crianças no colo, cadeirantes e etc.
Agency has yet to improve service and some deliveries. There is air conditioning and benches, and cash for the elderly, pregnant, with children on their laps, wheelchairs and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento ! mais só falta uma coisa esse telefone pegar quando a gente liga nunca pega sempre da ocupado . e falta mais funcionários pq os atrazo não é culpa deles e sim quem contrata, pq deveria contratar mais .
Good service ! more just missing one thing that we pick up the phone when connecting never takes the always busy. and lack more employees because the delay is not their fault but who hires, why should hire more.

In the middle of a pandemic, they hung up the phones and only work from 9am to 12pm, and they don't even answer the phone to answer questions, having to go to the place and wait 1 hour because it is packed! To take a simple question !!
