povo só fala da demora e não fala dos barraqueiro que vai la maltratar os servidores dizendo coisas degradantes como no dia que eu estava la e uma senhora que queria furar fila começou a se desfazer de quem estava atendendo!

É um transtorno tão grande, tem uma fila enorme, não existe uma triagem de atendimento. Não importa se você vai pegar encomenda, pagar boletos, enviar encomenda ou o que for, a fila é a mesma.
Caso você tente entrar em contato por telefone e saber a situação do seu pedido, desista, eles não atendem telefone. Não sei nem se existe um telefone realmente nesse local.
Péssimo, infelizmente.
My orders don't arrive, I always have to pick them up.
It's such a huge inconvenience, there's a huge queue, there's no sorting service. It doesn't matter if you are going to pick up an order, pay bills, send an order or whatever, the queue is the same.
If you try to contact them by phone and know the status of your order, give up, they don't answer the phone. I don't even know if there's a phone actually there.
Bad, unfortunately.
