★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!!! Estou indignada. Tive neném dia 09/11 tive alta do hospital ontem 13/11 e comprei passagem Salvador x Jacobina. Já tinham vendido o assento preferencial, para uma pessoa normal e nova. Pois desde que cheguei na rodoviária conversei sobre o assento preferencial me informaram que só serve quando a pessoa compra com antecedência. Assim quando a pessoa que comprou entrou no ônibus tive que sair ir para o fundo do ônibus com um bebê de 4 dias de nascido. O motorista nem se quer falou com a passageira para fazer a troca, continuou falando que o direito era dela por ter comprado antes. Eu nao estava viajando com um bebê a passeio não e sim por extrema necessidade! E vou procurar meus direitos.
Terrible !!!! I'm outraged. I was born on 11/09, I was discharged from the hospital yesterday 11/13 and I bought a ticket from Salvador to Jacobina. They had already sold the preferred seat, to a normal, new person. Since I arrived at the bus station, I talked about the preferential seat. They informed me that it only works when people buy in advance. So when the person who bought it got on the bus I had to go out to the back of the bus with a 4-day-old baby. The driver did not even speak to the passenger to make the change, he continued saying that the right was hers for having bought before. I was not traveling with a baby on a walk, but out of extreme necessity! And I will look for my rights.
