Entendo que todos querem sair do trabalho no horário, mas quando um cliente liga avisando que vai e a funcionária confirma, quando a cliente chega um minuto antes do meio dia, mesmo se a funcionária não quiser atender deveria pelo menos fala com educação e cordialidade.
A final funerária também é comércio.
 It is worth it because of the club, the service leaves something to be desired. I understand that everyone wants to leave work on time, but when a client calls saying that she is going and the employee confirms, when the client arrives a minute before noon, even if the employee does not want to answer, she should at least speak politely and cordially.
The funeral end is also trade.
