★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, não é nada de mais, tem ônibus um pouco mais antigo mas mesmo assim tem um conforto aceitável, mas não bom... Não tem wi-fi no ônibus, mas tem duas entradas USB a cada dupla cadeira
Ok, it's no big deal, there are buses a little older but even so it has an acceptable comfort, but not good... There is no wi-fi on the bus, but there are two USB ports for each double chair

Porém os atendente do balcão de venda de Natal sempre estão mal-humorado, parece que estão fazendo um favor em vender. Os ônibus não são muito limpos e confortáveis. O trajeto é horrível e inseguro, parando fora das rodoviárias para embarque e desembarque e gastando 12h em uma viagem que duraria 8h. Os padrões de segurança para o COVID-19 não existe, ônibus lotados, não verifica temperatura e alguns passageiros retiram as máscaras após o embarque. Precisa melhorar muito!
Unfortunately I have no other option to travel and I have to use this company. But the Christmas sales counter attendants are always grumpy, it seems they are doing them a favor by selling. Buses are not very clean and comfortable. The route is horrible and unsafe, stopping outside the bus stations for boarding and disembarking and spending 12 hours on a trip that would last 8 hours. Safety standards for COVID-19 do not exist, buses are full, temperature does not check and some passengers remove their masks after boarding. Need to improve a lot!
