★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estou dando esta nota porque todos os telefones de todas as farmácias chama e ninguém atende, porque isso, para que serve o telefone, mais quando vc chega em qualquer dessas farmácias tem funcionário atendendo o seu próprio celular e o telefone de trabalho ninguém atende, assim fica difícil, gostaria que fosse brifado aos funcionários que o telefone da empresa é pra ser atendido e também faz parte do serviço ao cliente, não só atender o cliente no balcão e também pô telefone, espero que seja feito puma orientação para todos os funcionários.
