★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa! Atendimento ruim, qualidade de serviço ruim, sem falar que boa parte dos funcionários são mal educador, tanto nos guichês quanto motoristas e de mai áreas. Obs: não estou generalizando, pos existem bons funcionários na empresa. Limpesa dos veículos deixa a desejar, já me sujei várias vezes. Banheiros sujos e constantemente sem papel e água. No mais, não recomendo.
Bad company! Poor service, poor quality of service, not to mention that most of the employees are poor educators, both in the windows, drivers and in more areas. Note: I'm not generalizing, as there are good employees in the company. Vehicle cleaning leaves something to be desired, I've soiled myself several times. Dirty toilets and constantly running out of paper and water. Otherwise, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissional pouco atenciosa, nao se deu ao trabalho de sequer passar o numero do guichê, estava ao telefone durante o atendimento nitidamente resolvendo problemas pessoais, com extrema falta de educação, estou decepcionada com o atendimento da empresa. Isso ocorreu em Para de Minas, dia 19/06/2020 as 13h30. Nao consegui o telefone da ouvidoria para realizar uma reclamação formal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em pleno feriado a empresa não coloca nenhum ônibus de reforço para as 18 horas. 21 passageiros ficaram para trás. Pitangui não tem investimento. Hoje é domingo às pessoas precisam trabalhar e não podem contar com essa santa Maria. O rapaz que estava vendendo passagem ficou sem respostas para o pessoal que estava cobrando e reclamando da situação.
