★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendem várias cidades do interior da Paraíba, oferecem preços razoáveis e o telefone sempre está disponível e sempre fui bem atendida. A maioria dos ônibus não possuem ar condicionado, as cortinas não são muito bem divididas e muitas pessoas acabam indo de pé por não acomodar todos os passageiros. Não sei informar como está a questão da aglomeração nem da higienização dos veículos durante esta pandemia, o melhor é sempre ligar para não passar por "perrengue" na hora de embarcar.
They serve several cities in the interior of Paraíba, offer reasonable prices and the phone is always available and I have always been well attended. Most buses do not have air conditioning, the curtains are not very well parted and many people end up standing up as they do not accommodate all passengers. I can't tell you how the issue of agglomeration or vehicle sanitation is going during this pandemic, it is best to always call so that you don't experience a "trouble" when boarding.

O local e velho e mal cuidado.
Na portaria fica umsenhor que foi muito educado e atencioso, já o rapaz que estava atendo a compra de VT, foi muito mal educado e sem trato nenhum com as pessoas, isso até com os funcionários.
Em geral, percebi que os ônibus são sucatiados. É uma pena, pois, é uma empresa tradicional e que infelizmente não entrega um bom serviço a população. Precisam de melhorias.
My experience was with the purchase of Transport Vouchers at the São José administrative center in Campina Grande, where the garage is located.
The place is old and unkempt.
At the reception desk, there was a gentleman who was very polite and attentive, while the guy who was taking care of the purchase of TV was very rude and had no dealings with people, even with the employees.
In general, I noticed that buses are scrapped. It's a shame, because it's a traditional company and unfortunately it doesn't deliver a good service to the population. Need improvement.

Buses scrapped, without set times, crowded in the middle of a pandemic. A total disregard for the population of the cities the company serves. Even looking for information about the company is complicated. There is a lot to improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do serviço está defasada. Os últimos ônibus do dia que deveriam ser os de tamanho maior, são trocados pelo microônibus e acabam ficando lotados. Com a pandemia ainda em questão fica difícil não pensar em contágio. Nunca foi uma empresa de qualidade nota 10, mas atualmente nem 1 está merecendo.
The quality of service is outdated. The last buses of the day, which should be the larger ones, are exchanged for the minibus and end up being crowded. With the pandemic still at stake, it is difficult not to think about contagion. It was never a top 10 quality company, but currently not even 1 is deserving.
