â â â â â NĂŁo conhecia o empresarial. Muito bem localizado e com estrutura de primeira qualidade. Estive na Dermocenter. Muito boa as instalaçÔes e a dermatologista que me atendeu muito cortĂȘs e atenciosa.
I didn't know the business. Very well located and with top quality structure. I was at Dermocenter. The facilities were very good and the dermatologist who attended to me was very courteous and attentive.

â â â â â Muito bacana e organizado, sĂł o pessoal da recepção que precisa de uma reciclagem sobre atendimento ao pĂșblico, na questĂŁo de prioridades. Estou grĂĄvida de 8 meses e me deixaram na fila normal nas 3 vezes q fui lĂĄ, e nessa Ășltima a atendente fechou a cara qnd perguntei se poderia ser atendida primeiro, e ainda perguntou ao prĂłximo da fila se ele se incomodava. Detalhe que hĂĄ o destaque na placa para atendimento preferencial e normal, mas nĂŁo funciona.
Very nice and organized, only the reception staff who need a refresher on customer service, in terms of priorities. I'm 8 months pregnant and they left me in the regular line the 3 times I went there, and the last time the attendant frowned when I asked if I could be seen first, and even asked the next person in line if he was bothered. Detail that there is a highlight on the sign for preferential and normal service, but it doesn't work.

Tem acessos e rampas com marcaçÔes para acessibilidade.
Tem banheiros para o pĂșblico, limpos e acessiveis.
Tem estacionamento com acessibilidade porém custa R$ 8,00.
Tem Ar condiconado.
Aceitam pagamento por meio de cartão de crédito.
Ă necessĂĄrio fazer reserva mas eles atendem sem dependendo do local.
Tem extintores de incĂȘndio.
Tem saĂda de emergĂȘncia.
Tem escada de emergĂȘncia.
Tem alarme de incĂȘndio.
Não tem detector de fumaça.
Tem divisĂłrias de acrĂlico na recepção.
EstĂŁo medindo a temperatura dos clientes na entrada.

Estão seguindo os protocolos de segurança e prevenção ao Covid-19. Acredito que cada um tem sua percepção e essa foi a minha. SUPER RECOMENDO!

It has accesses and ramps marked for accessibility.
It has clean and accessible public restrooms.
It has accessible parking but costs R$8.00.

Reservations are required but they cater without depending on location.
It has fire extinguishers.
It has an emergency exit.
It has an emergency ladder.

It has acrylic dividers at the reception.
They are measuring the temperature of customers at the entrance.
They provide alcohol in gel.
Require the use of a mask.
They are following Covid-19's safety and prevention protocols. I believe that each one has their perception and that was mine. SUPER RECOMMEND!
