★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualquer simulação que fizer eles negam, não importa o score no serasa. Fazem você fazer cadastro para "aumentar as chances", não adianta. Não entrem nessa furada.

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! My boyfriend and I tried to make a loan in his name and even with the high Score by Serasa, they refused without even informing why. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

sempre que preciso para gerar os boletos ou acessa minha conta o site e o app ficam dando erro direto, e é sempre assim, provável q seja assim para nos não conseguir pagar os boletos em dia. e assim estar pagando juros a eles.

Realizei todo o cadastro dentro do Site. Após término de todo o cadastro, veio a informação que devo cuidar do meu Score que é Bom! E que não tem nenhuma oferta empréstimo pessoal para me CPF.
Não entendi foi é nada.
Agora, eles tem meus dados no banco de dados da empresa SIM!

Eu já entrei no WhatsApp (11)3003-4362 porem eu não consigo falar com nenhum atendente, somente com as respostas automáticas que fica me pedindo o CPF toda hora. Preciso falar com o responsável sobre está situação. Obrigado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 2 contratos e sempre paguei em dia, as parcelas são em debito automático, porém tive problemas com minha conta e esta negativada, então antes do vencimento, fiz contato com a SIM e pedi que me enviassem o boleto para eu pagar sem juros. Pois bem me informaram que não poderião me enviar porque não estava em atraso. Ontem novamente pedi o boleto e me foi negado, pois o boleto venceu ontem, ou seja agem de má fé sim na intenção de te obrigar a pagar juros.
