★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível ! não sei pra que querem telefone , se não atendem! Verdadeiro descaso, se solicita retirar uma arvore já tem quase um ano e não retiraram. Ai se a pessoa retirar eles tem tempo de ir lá !! Se protocola algo não tem como saber o andamento porque ninguém atende!!! Só podia ser órgão publico mesmo!!
Awful service! I don't know why they want a phone, if they don't answer! True neglect, if you ask to remove a tree is almost a year old and have not removed. Oh if the person withdraws they have time to go there !! If something protocola has no way to know the progress because nobody answers !!! It could only be a public body !!
