★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone, só consegui falar com o atendente depois de quase 2 hs de tentativas.A pessoa que me atendeu não conseguiu resolver meu problema.Tanto os ônibus quanto a equipe não funciona.Também não conseguiu fazer uma reclamação na ouvidoria porque lá tb ninguém atender!!!! Péssimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma reclamação sobre as medidas dessa empresa diante a essa pandemia...as pessoas entram no ônibus sem máscara,com máscara no queixo,e em nenhum momento vi o motorista chamando a atenção ou não deixando embaraçar,estamos em um coletivo fechado,com várias pessoas juntas...acho que a máscara é indispensável.
Em outras empresas de ônibus se a pessoa tentar embarcar sem máscara o motorista avisa,e se a pessoa persistir o motorista não anda com o ônibus,ou ele coloca a máscara ou desembarca.
Estamos lidando com vidas,devemos ter consciência.

In other bus companies if the person tries to board without a mask the driver warns, and if the person persists the driver does not ride the bus, or he puts on the mask or disembarks.
We are dealing with lives, we must be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa colocou um limitador de velocidade no ônibus linha 905, o problema não e o limitador mas sim o que ele vem causando, todos os dias tenho chego atrasado assim como outros passageiros, se pelo menos reajustar o horário do ônibus Ele sai de Peruíbe as 4:50 no tempo que ele faz tem que sair e colocar mais ônibus dessa linha 905 próximo dess horário para dar um apoio pois os ônibus são muito lotado e o tempo de um para o outro e muito longo. O motorista Que vem nesse horário sempre muito atencioso educado parabéns "Chico" ótimo profissional

Terribly overcrowded bus, being heavy, not even animals and loaded like that, inhumane. Expensive ticket for such precarious transport.
