Se passar um prazo de 60 min mesmo sendo um longo período e cliente decidir esperar, se a entrega for antecipada, normalmente ficará feliz por isso, caso contrário ficará insatisfeito, ou seja, não adianta repassar prazos que não consigam cumprir.
